Order timeline:

• Orders are normally prepared within 3–6 days.
• As soon as your order is dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking number.
• If your order has not been dispatched after 6 days, or your tracking has stopped updating for an extended period, email us with your order number and we’ll check it for you.
